Overview
This meeting is only meant for founders in which they discuss what to focus on next. The whole company can participate and submit ideas that will be discussed at the meeting. Founders are going to discuss the potential impact of each idea and finally decide what ideas are going to be shaped up.
The To Shape meeting takes place every 8 weeks. All meetings can be viewed in the ‣.

🚧 It's not a brainstorming meeting. Either an idea is thought out or not.

How we do it
- Everyone can bring their idea to the meeting. It's important to prepare a short written pitch for the idea (follow the instructions in How to prepare a pitch of an idea)
- Ideally add your idea to the upcoming To Shape meeting notes. It lives in‣.
- If the meeting note doesn't exist yet, you can find all previous and current ideas inside ‣. Just don't forget to add it to the latest To shape batch!
- All Ideas are going to be discussed in 360-degree feedback and prioritized.
- At the end of the meeting we choose 4 to 6 ideas which we are going to be shaped up. These ideas are always going to be noted down in ‣.
- You might wonder "Why 4 to 6 ideas". There are currently 3 cross-dev teams, so we always need to pick at least 3 ideas for development cycle. There is also a Betting table meeting at the end of the Shaping process where we bet for the best shaped ideas. That's why we can pick more ideas to shape.
- Each picked idea must have assigned a responsible person. The responsibilities are written down in Shaping.
