Checklist for Lead Shaper:

Before dev cycle starts:

• [ ] Design review and UX review (shareholders, dev team)
• [ ] Setup a slack channel for your project and invite all important people
• [ ] Schedule a kick-off meeting with your team

In dev cycle:

• [ ] 1st week - Kick-off meeting with the dev team
• [ ] 3rd week – Data tracking meeting with (long term success criteria should be included) /w Data team
• [ ] 4th week - Discuss onboarding for this feature and schedule when it'll be released /w Growth team
• [ ] 5th week – Organize in personal UX testing (in case it's ready for it)
• [ ] 5th week – Start preparing the project for release.
• [ ] 5th week - Make sure all features from the dev project will get to Help Center
• [ ] 5th or 6th week - Prepare the changelog
• [ ] 6th week - Test the tracking with Data team

Testings:

• [ ] After each testing (next day) make a debriefing with design team and lead developer and address all issues
