MULTISPORT

1. Who is eligible?
   • Anyone working at Ceros pass the trial period (usually 2 months)
2. Where/What can I use it for?
   • Multisport is a card that allows you to use multiple gyms, sports & wellness facilities around Czech Republic and Slovakia for free. Specific facilities and conditions are listed on Multisport website: https://multisport.cz/
3. How much does it cost?
   • Multisport card costs 950 CZK/month. The price is substracted from your monthly salary, so you don’t have to take care of anything.
   • The reason employees pay the full price is simple: At the point of acquisition, every employee received a raise of 2500 CZK netto to cover the cost of benefits we used to provide individually until then.
4. How do I get this card?
   • Office manager sends a monthly reminder on Slack. Every employee can order one card for him/herself and 2 additional cards for their partners/friends. It is possible to either order a new card or cancel your subscription any month.
5. How do I cancel my Multisport card?
   • Let the OM know. Keep in mind that the card will be valid till the end of the month in which you request the cancellation.
   • After that the card cannot be renewed for the following 6 months. (Official Multisport policy).

T-MOBILE

1. Who is eligible?

   • if you have a phone and stayed with us pass your trial period, you're good to go.

2. Which provider and plan does the company use?

   • T-mobile and their "tarif 5 pro firmy bez závazku"

3. What is the minutes/messages/data setting?

4. How much does it cost?

   • This plan costs 350 CZK/month which Ceros covers fully. Shall you spend more than that, you will be asked to deduct what is spent over from your invoice/salary. Operations team will contact you if that's the case.

5. Can I keep my current phone number?

   • Of course! You will get a new SIM card, but the phone number will remain the same.
   • If your phone allows the use of double sim (either physical or e-SIM), you can easily keep both numbers and keep you work calls separated from the personal ones.
   • In case you need a phone for work (Operations, Recruitment, etc.) you can get a company cell-phone as well.
